We provide delicious food for festival staff and event crews. Where possible ingredients are locally sourced and fairly traded. Food is freshly prepared with care and generously served by our front of house team. Below are sample menus.

Fact… 60 years ago the average dinner time was 90 minutes and now its only 12 minutes.

Settle down and enjoy your evening meal. It won’t be long before you get served and your meal will be freshly cooked by talented chefs using the best local meats and fresh vegetables.

Lemon and Thyme Chicken – with a  white wine and cream sauce served with baby new potatoes and green beans

Crispy Quinoa Cakes – served with basil and sour cream drizzle, wild rice and green leaves

Persian Pilaf – a Middle Eastern rice dish packed with flavours – pine nuts, cashew nuts, dried fruits and scattered  pomegranate jewels

Rich Tomato, Red Wine and Olive Ragu – served with local watercress salad, grated cheese and crusty French bread

Home-made Cashew Nut  Roast – served with roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots and green beans

Thai Spiced Chicken Curry – served with wild rice, mango chutney and cucumber mint rahita

Locally caught Mackerel  – lightly poached with a chilli salsa, rice, lemon green vegetables

Atlantic Salmon – served with creamy herb sauce served with rice and green vegetables

Butternut Squash and Spinach Risotto  – served with crusty bread and local leaves

Chilli (meat or veggie ) –  served with nacho chips, rice, sour cream with chives and crispy salad

Creamy Leek and Butter Bean Casserole  – in a Yorkshire Pudding with seasonal vegetables and watercress garnish

Local Roast Pork –  with Crackling, Bramley Apple Sauce, Served With Rosemary Roast Potatoes, Caraway Cabbage And Peas

Carbonnade of Beef – served in a Yorkshire Pudding with crushed herb potatoes , peas and carrots and horseradish sauce.

Penne Bolognaise – rich tomato bolognaise sauce served with grated cheese , local watercress salad and crusty bread
